A lot of my at home meal choices are based on time of preparation. If it takes too long, I’m not trying to make it unless I’m truly inspired to be in the kitchen for a long period of time. When Rachael Ray had the show 30 Minute Meals, that was right up my alley. I’m 100% anti all day slaving in the kitchen and quite frankly so is my back! My back hates me when I get inspired in the kitchen.
I love to eat GOOD food though. Finding the balance between a well put together meal and the time it takes to make it hasn’t been easy but I came across this Bacon & Asparagus Alfredo recipe and I did the math in my head, this should be ready from prep to plate in less than 30 minutes. Let’s try it!
